UNLV Health in Las Vegas seeks a Front Office Specialist to support the Mental Health Clinic. The role handles scheduling, greeting patients, answering calls, and front-desk tasks in a clinical environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least six months of customer service experience, and knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k), and health coverage.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum six (6) months experience in customer service; preferably in healthcare.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to use a computer with Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, and CPT coding guidelines.
• Medical terminology.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, team members, physicians and the public.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades
