This full-time on-site role also handles insurance verifications, referrals, pre-authorizations, co-pays, daily cash balancing, and patient data entry for billing, while coordinating with clinic staff to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification preferred.
• Healthcare, Medical, Dental office administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients with excellent customer service to create a positive patient experience.
• Answer phones.
• Schedule appointments using medical office software.
• Verify insurance, referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Check in patients and collect co-pays.
• Balance cash daily and deposit weekly.
• Enter patient data for billing and coordinate with central billing office.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and supporting departments to ensure a seamless experience.
