Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Registers/checks in patients, inputs data, obtains signatures and necessary forms.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and documents pre-certifications/authorizations.
• Calculates and collects patient liability, explains financial policies and payment options.
• Enters payments/charges, reconciles daily activity, and balances cash drawer.
• Schedules office visits and communicates clearly with care teams.
