Job summary

Banner Health Payson Same Day RHC seeks a Front Office/PFS Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will assist with registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling to maximize reimbursement while delivering a welcoming experience.

The role involves handling scheduling, data entry, and daily cash reconciliation in a fast-paced setting, with a 40-hour work week and Monday–Friday with Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of patient financial services or insurance processes is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle registration/check-in, data entry, and patient intake forms efficiently.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-certifications/authorizations as needed.
• Explain financial policies and collect patient liability.
• Enter payments and reconcile daily cash and charges.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow within the practice.
