Qualifications

• One year of physician office experience, including ICD, CPT and HCPCS coding.
• Knowledge of managed care preferred.
• Ability to operate office equipment and basic computer/EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in; verify demographics and insurance in EMR.
• Manage appointment scheduling and referrals; verify insurance coverage.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer; handle billing inquiries.
