Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical office or healthcare experience required.
• Mental health or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Comfortable answering the phone and serving the patient population.
• Self-starter with strong time-management abilities.
• Willing to learn new technology platforms.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily schedules, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists.
• Coordinate patient intake, referrals, authorizations, forms, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support efficient office workflows.
• Collect co-pays and other patient payments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety procedures.
• Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks.
