Spruce Peak is a Hyatt-affiliated Vermont mountain resort seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service across Front Desk, Concierge, Telecommunications, and Bell Valet in the absence of the Guest Services Manager. • Hospitality or guest service background required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong managerial and guest service track record.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; knowledge of Property Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Office operations and cover for the Front Office Manager.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to align guest service teams.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to prepare rooms.
• Upsell strategies to maximize room revenue.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and data protection.
