Job summary

Spruce Peak, The Lodge at Spruce Peak, part of Destination by Hyatt, seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the friendly face of our Front Office & Rooms Division in Stowe, VT. You will register guests, communicate hotel services and promotions, and provide welcoming, efficient service to all guests and visitors.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to add to our Front Office & Rooms Division team. You'll be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt as a Front Desk Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. The Front Desk Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications)

• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
