Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to support Rooms Operations and grow in Food & Beverage acumen. This role partners with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry leadership to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have progressive hotel operations experience, strong leadership, and a track record of coaching managers and colleagues in a fast-paced, full-service environment.

Qualifications

• Four years or more of progressive hotel operations experience.
• Previous leadership in Rooms Operations or a high-volume hotel operations environment.
• Experience working with Front Office and Housekeeping leadership.
• Experience supporting restaurant operations or F&B leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support for Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Eques.
• Partner with area leaders to ensure consistent service delivery and performance.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and departmental performance reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly colleagues to Hyatt standards.
• Apply Agile Ways of Working to improve communication and operational solutions.
