Hilton West Palm Beach is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead daily front office operations at our 400-room property in downtown West Palm Beach. You will supervise guest services, registration, and room inventory while ensuring policy adherence and outstanding guest experiences.

The role emphasizes training, leadership, and up-selling to boost occupancy and revenue, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with OnQ hotel management system.
• Front-facing guest service experience.
• Experience training new team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations including guest service, registration, room inventory, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address service issues, and lead improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Promote hotel services and implement up-selling to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Provide regular updates and training on hotel offerings, services, and local attractions.
• Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly while upholding service standards.
• Supervise and coach front office team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
