Job summary

DoubleTree West Palm Beach Airport is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk, Guest Services, and Night Audit teams in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with Hilton standards and company policies. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication and operational planning.

Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to assist with design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.
• Ability to accurately report information.
• Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed.
• Ability to scrupulously follow all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Front Desk, Guest Services, and Night Audit.
• Ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and compliance with Hilton brand standards.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service and maximize profitability for the guest services department.
• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the guest services department.
• Supervise operations across departments to ensure seamless service and profitability.
