Job summary

Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and deliver the friendly, reliable service guests expect. You will train staff, handle escalated guest issues, and optimize front desk efficiency to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Hilton & PEP experience is a PLUS! You will oversee guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints, coach your team, manage budgets and daily reporting, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk or hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred).
• Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and front desk systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing budgets, reservations, and guest recovery.
• Calm and confident approach to high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Associate's degree in hospitality or business preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and service leadership at the front desk.
• Coach and develop front desk team; ensure timely, friendly service.
• Manage front desk budget, reservations, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and safety procedures.
• Lead Manager-on-Duty rotation and cross-department collaboration.
