StepStone Hospitality is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager for the DoubleTree West Palm Beach Airport in Florida. You will lead the Front Desk, Guest Services, and Night Audit to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding Hilton standards.

You will develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans, supervise reservations to maximize occupancy and ADR, and drive profitability through staff development and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Front Desk, Guest Services and Night Audit.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service and comply with Hilton brand standards.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability for the guest services department.
• Hire, train and supervise Front Office staff and supervisors.
