Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a skilled Front Office Manager for the Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport. You will oversee Front Office operations, develop the team, and contribute to budget planning while driving guest satisfaction and smooth nightly operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in a hotel or resort, excellent communication, and strong computer skills, including PMS systems. A college degree is preferred, and a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading a Front Office team in a service-focused hotel or resort environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong desire to make an impact on others.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Strong computer skills and experience with PMS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations to lead the team in delivering guest Wanderlust experiences.
• Participate in financial performance tasks including budget management and labor cost forecasting.
• Develop and mentor Front Desk Agents and Shuttle Drivers.
• Ensure training materials are in place and used across departments; implement coaching and recognition programs.
• Monitor room inventory, rate, availability, and occupancy to maximize revenue.
