Job summary

DoubleTree Phoenix Midtown is seeking a hands-on Front Office Manager to lead guest services in the heart of Phoenix. The role focuses on staffing, check-in/out, guest satisfaction, and efficient front desk operations, including supervision of PBX, concierge, and guest services staff.

You will ensure MICROS system accuracy, maintain positive guest relations, and uphold the hotel’s service standards in a fast-paced environment with on-site dining and amenities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front office teams in hospitality.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MICROS or similar property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Staffing, interviewing, training and scheduling front desk personnel.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately manage MICROS system daily transactions and reporting.
