Job summary

You will supervise staffing, coach agents, and coordinate with concierges and bell staff to deliver a memorable stay.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and proficiency with MICROS. You will manage guest interactions with professionalism and drive service excellence in a busy hotel

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest concerns promptly, documenting resolutions and following up as needed.
• Operate the MICROS front office system accurately for daily transactions.
