Hilton Cleveland Downtown is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the guest services team, oversee daily front office operations, and ensure a warm, welcoming guest experience across 600 rooms.

The role offers salaried base compensation of $57,000-$60,000 per year plus a share of upsell revenue; schedule flexibility across AM, MID, or PM shifts; and opportunities to develop the team and elevate service.

• Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Inspire and develop the front office team through coaching.
