Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well in high-pressure situations.
• Strong listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Arrive and clock in on time; never work off the clock.
• Be prepared to clock breaks as scheduled.
• Provide sufficient notice when calling out.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Out Efficiency: ensure timely guest processing and follow-up after check-in.
• Rate schedule: understand room rates and promotions.
• Incoming mail: handle and note incoming mail per shift checklist.
• Maintain clean front desk and public areas as needed.
