Qualifications

• 3+ years as Department Manager or Assistant General Manager in a branded hotel.
• Marriott brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office to ensure adherence to procedures and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth, efficient front office operations.
• Handle guest requests and problems within guidelines.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Lead by example with gracious hospitality.
• Train and coach staff, and provide guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments on promotions and sales strategies.
