You will drive service excellence, uphold Pier Sixty-Six standards, and foster a leadership culture that motivates team members and delivers extraordinary guest experiences.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, ensuring accurate billing, coordinating with Housekeeping, and maintaining VIP guest care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Business or Hospitality is desirable.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of resort policies and standards.
• Ensure efficient operation of Front Office with effective handovers.
• Adhere to Pier Sixty-Six and Forbes standards across the Front Desk and Call Center.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain positive relations even during peak times.
• Monitor cashiering and billing procedures for accuracy.
