Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Housekeeping Manager to lead, oversee, and elevate luxury cleaning standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will supervise supervisors and attendants, ensuring rooms meet Forbes and AAA expectations while maintaining a warm, guest-centric atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years housekeeping supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of Forbes or luxury standards preferred.
• Proficiency with hotel systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and staffing.
• Inspect rooms, suites, and public areas to luxury standards.
• Coach, train, and develop housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry for seamless operations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies.
