The ideal candidate has prior front office or hotel operations management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Proficiency with PMS and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in front office or hotel operations management.
• Pre-opening experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, and related teams.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures and manage room blocks for VIPs and groups.
• Enforce financial procedures and audits across shifts.
