Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Front Office supervisory role.
• Experience in upper upscale or luxury hotel environment preferred.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of front office operations; strong leader; proven engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
