HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all front desk operations and deliver a welcoming guest experience at our Louisville property.

You will lead, train, and support the front desk team, manage scheduling, guest relations, and daily reports, and report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager. This role rewards leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus and preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or one year of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related front office role.
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage scheduling, guest check-in/check-out, and issue resolution.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate with hotel leadership.
• Report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.
