Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all front desk operations, lead and train the team, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You will coordinate scheduling, guest relations, and daily reports to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years hotel experience, and prior front office supervisory exposure (Hyatt experience preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year hotel experience.
• Previous Front Office supervisory experience, Hyatt experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the front desk team to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out, scheduling, and daily reports.
• Report to Director of Operations or General Manager.
• Support career growth into other management roles within hospitality.
