Job summary

The Westshore Grand, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, in Tampa, FL is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily guest services and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences. You will manage staffing, training, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Front Desk leadership experience, strong cash handling and guest relation skills, and the ability to train staff while maintaining excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Front Desk experience, preferably in leadership role.
• Proficient with PMS system and able to manage guest transactions.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to train and mentor staff and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, guest service, and telephone service while applying brand standards.
• Implement company and franchise programs and monitor front office operations.
• Prepare forecasts and assist in budget development for the front desk and related areas.
• Monitor front office systems and equipment for optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Track guest satisfaction and use feedback to improve service levels.
