Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team at our Tampa, FL hotel. You will ensure proper staffing, supervise agents, and maintain a high standard of guest service.

The role requires hands-on MICROS system management, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to meet guest needs and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Staff front desk: interview, hire, supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff.
• Be proficient in front office duties and perform duties as needed.
• Manage MICROS system and daily transactions.
• Check AM/PM discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to handle guest requests and maintenance needs.
• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly and professionally.
