Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure from the hotel, ensuring a positive experience.
• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Input guest information and process check-in/check-out in the reservation system.
• Handle payments, including cash, vouchers, and credit cards.
• Provide information on outlets, hours, and local attractions.
• Promote hotel programs and services to guests.
• Issue and code keys, and prepare welcome materials.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to satisfaction.
