Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a hands-on Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will oversee check-in/check-out, reservations, cash handling, and guest services, ensuring Marriott standards are met and every guest feels valued.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, handle escalations, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Sales, and Engineering to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or hospitality-related education preferred.
• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services and supervisory roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and PMS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, room assignments, guest requests, and cashiering.
• Provide leadership and direction to Front Desk staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure adherence to Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.
