Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily guest services and front office operations. You will oversee staff, coordinate room blocks, and ensure smooth check-ins while maintaining a guest-focused atmosphere.

The role requires at least one year in a leadership position, strong communication, and the ability to manage time and priorities. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year in a similar leadership role (e.g., Front Desk Supervisor).
• High school education required; post-high school education preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership abilities and guest-service focus.
• Solid time management and knowledge of Front Desk operations.

Mansioni

• Monitor daily status of rooms, rates, discounts, and packages.
• Coordinate blocking of rooms and pre-register guests.
• Act as Manager on Duty and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Hire, coach, and discipline direct reports; build staff relationships.
• Interact professionally with guests to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain department budget and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
