Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Able to operate computer, credit card authorization machine and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing shift.
• Provide information about hotel and local area to guests.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and deliver messages.
• Maintain guest privacy and security procedures.
