HALL Arts Hotel is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team, oversee guest check-in, room assignments, and billing while maintaining luxury service standards. You will coach Curators and Agents on daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences in a boutique hotel setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of front office leadership in a luxury environment, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver unmatched

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of front office experience in a hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures to ensure brand standards.
• Train team members on operational procedures and luxury service standards.
• Address escalations calmly and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to prioritize room readiness and VIP arrivals.
• Lead by example on the floor and maintain a positive lobby environment.
