Job summary

The LINE DC in Washington DC is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager who resides in Washington DC Ward 1. If hired, you’ll be eligible for a Ward 1 Resident Bonus of $300. The role demands a proactive hospitality mindset, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across front desk operations with autonomy.

You will work closely with peers and departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while coaching staff and upholding company standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional demeanor.
• Supervise daily front office functions and guest service levels.
• Coordinate group arrivals, room assignments and guest amenities.
• Schedule front office staff to match forecasted business levels.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
