Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead the guest services and front desk teams at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue. You will oversee registration, reservations, porterage, and guest services, ensuring exceptional first impressions and seamless operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration and at least four years in guest services with two in a management capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
• Four years of guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity.
• Local candidate with hotel experience preferred (Bellevue/Seattle market).
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Front Office associates including Guest Services, front desk agents, and Night Audit.
• Create weekly staff schedules and ensure timely execution of VIP requirements.
• Oversee night audit, daily financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Work with finance to maintain department budget and ensure cost controls.
