Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton South Bend is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the Front Office, Concierge and Uniformed Services, ensuring attentive, friendly and efficient service to guests throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

You will lead a team, enforce Hilton standards, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and collaborate with Housekeeping and Reservations to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of progressive hotel experience or related field; or 2-4-year college degree with related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Delphi, OnQ; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Concierge and Uniformed Services to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily.
• Develop staff, plan schedules, and participate in interviews and training.
• Maintain AFP SOPs and Hilton standards across operations.
• Handle guest requests, problems and billing with attentiveness and courtesy.
• Monitor cash handling, payroll and reporting; collaborate with Accounting.
