Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts and transactions.
• Reconcile daily financial reports and prepare documentation for management.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out during overnight hours.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor hotel for safety and security during the night.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain communication.
• Prepare and submit occupancy, revenue, and discrepancy reports.
