Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field (or 4-year degree with 2+ years, or 2-year degree with 4+ years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services, Valet, and Front Desk operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach, and discipline front office staff per SOPs.
• Monitor service standards and train Rooms Division personnel.
• Manage budgets and participate in capital expenditures and renovations.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize revenue and occupancy.
