Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager for InterContinental Seattle Bellevue in Bellevue, WA. You will lead Guest Services, front desk, and Night Audit while upholding IHG standards and luxury service.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, and ensuring VIP guest requests are met. A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Business Admin and 4+ years in guest services with 2+ in management are required. Local market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration; four years of guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Local knowledge of Bellevue/Seattle market preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Front Office associates including Guest Services, front desk, and Night Audit.
• Create weekly staff schedules in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Operations team and General Manager.
• Respond to guests' concerns or reviews promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain Guest Satisfaction scores and ensure VIP requirements are met.
• Follow IHG Brand Standards and safety procedures.
• Provide coverage as acting Manager on Duty when necessary.
• Train and mentor associates in company culture and customer service skills.
• Create a productive environment and drive cross-department collaboration.
• Oversee night audit, daily financial reports, and budget adherence.
