Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
• 4 years of guest service/hotel experience with 2 years in management.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front office staff including Guest Services, front desk, and Night Audit.
• Create weekly staff schedules and coordinate with Operations and GM.
• Respond to guest concerns and reviews in a timely manner.
• Maintain VIP requirements and room requests with flawless execution.
• Oversee night audit, prepare daily financial reports, and forecast budgets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
