Integrated Rehabilitation Group in Everett, WA is hiring a Front Office Coordinator to join a fast-paced, patient-centered team. You’ll optimize appointment schedules, handle phone calls, process referrals, collect payments, and obtain insurance authorizations while learning KPIs that drive clinic success and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma(Bachelors degree in related field preferred)
• 2+ years experience in a customer facing position
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize patient appointment schedules
• Handle all incoming phone calls and referrals
• Process new referrals and collect time-of-service payments
• Obtain insurance authorizations and maintain accurate records
• Learn KPIs and benchmarks that drive clinic success and patient outcomes
