Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred)
• 2+ years experience in a customer facing position
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations

Responsibilities

• Optimizing patient appointment schedules and managing all incoming phone calls
• Processing and converting new referrals, collecting time of service payments and obtaining insurance authorizations
• Establishing and maintaining relationships to drive the patient experience and satisfaction
