Responsibilities

• Front Office Coordinators handle day-to-day medical receptionist duties and play a crucial role in relationships and patient experience.
• Optimize patient appointment schedules and manage incoming calls.
• Process and convert referrals, collect time of service payments and obtain insurance authorizations.
