Our expansive legacy, rooted in expertise dating back to the Montrose Clinic, spans across multiple clinics throughout Houston and beyond, encompassing services in adult primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dental, vision, and behavioral health. Core Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome patients and ensure a friendly, supportive first impression upon their arrival at our clinics or over the phone.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of front desk activities, including efficient handling of multi-line phone systems.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data-entry processes for patient records and schedules.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate communication within the healthcare team and with patients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Enthusiastically participate in our commitment to improving community health by actively engaging with patients and promoting our extensive service offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse patient population.
  • Demonstrate pleasant, professional, and articulate phone communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking capabilities to manage a high volume of calls and direct patient interactions efficiently.
  • Possess solid computer literacy and experience with multi-line phone systems or switchboards, or demonstrate the capacity for rapid skill acquisition.
  • Showcase precise data-entry skills and basic organizational competencies, including alphabetical or numerical filing, to support office operations.
