A leading automotive retailer seeks a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to manage customer inquiries and appointments from the comfort of their home office. Ideal candidates are skilled in customer service, particularly in addressing automotive-related questions, and must be bilingual. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, performance bonuses, and a tech allowance.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle an average of 100 inbound customer calls daily
- Schedule over 50 service appointments each day for mechanical maintenance and repair needs
- Provide information regarding vehicle status, service pricing, warranties, roadside assistance, and resolve complaints
- Direct non-service-related inquiries to appropriate dealership personnel
- Utilize various computer programs to access dealership information and customer profiles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Residence within the greater Houston metropolitan area
- At least 6 months of recent customer service experience
- High-speed Internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps upload/download)
- A quiet home office setup conducive to remote call center work
- Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, VPNs, internet modems & routers, and phone systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) required, must be comfortable handling automotive-related inquiries in both languages
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and vehicle components
