What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Handle basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates
- Utilize user-friendly graphic user interface (GUI) screens to provide standardized responses
- Enter required data into client systems and escalate unresolved issues to senior representatives
- Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to assist clients effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a flexible work schedule, including mid shifts and weekends
- Must pass a background check, including criminal and credit checks
