- Provide support for general billing inquiries from customers
- Access customer records and verify account information as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, determining causes and escalating when necessary

- Utilize various tools, resources, and applications to assist customers effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or contact center environment with a focus on guest experience
- Basic troubleshooting skills related to streaming services on devices such as phones and smart TVs
- Proficiency in both verbal and written French and English
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills, along with multi-tasking abilities
