Qualificações

• Typing, filing, telephone skills.
• Basic Microsoft application proficiency.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and assume front desk duties with a patient-first mindset.
• Schedule appointments, manage registrations and maintain office flow.
• Coordinate with providers and insurance to ensure patient needs are met.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls, collect co-pays and communicate benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism in a busy medical office.
