Spruce Peak Hyatt in Stowe, VT is hiring a Front Office Agent to greet guests, manage registrations, and promote hotel services. You will be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt, delivering friendly, efficient check-in and information to guests, colleagues, and visitors.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to guest needs. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service and a professional presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to add to our Front Office & Rooms Division team. You’ll be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt as a Front Desk Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we’d love to hear from you!

Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. The Front Desk Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
