Spruce Peak is seeking a friendly Concierge to join their front office team at Stowe Resort. In this unique role, you will be vital in creating authentic experiences for guests from all over the world.

We are looking for a Concierge to join our team! As a Concierge, you will be an integral member of the front office team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests.

You will have the opportunity to greet guests and assist them with their travel itinerary, reservations, and overall guest experience details.

You will be able to meet guests form the local community and communities all over the world.

As a Concierge, you will have the opportunity to promote hotel services and amenities to the guests, and connect the guest to local and authentic experiences in the community.

This is a very unique opportunity to work with a supportive team and to work with guests from all over the world.

Essential Functions

• Organize itineraries and reservations for our guests
• Create unique and individualized guest experiences
• Explore opportunities to become an expert in the local community and confidently connect visitors to unique and unforgettable experiences in the local area
• Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
• Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met
• Communicate and work with your team to ensure guest satisfaction

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• A passion for providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences
• Must be a people person willing to go beyond the expected for our guests
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing
• A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy
