Job summary

Spruce Peak at Stowe Resort is seeking a Hospitality Professional for the Penthouse to join our front office team. You will greet guests, assist with travel itineraries and reservations, and enhance guest experiences with authentic local connections. This role emphasizes service excellence and teamwork in a premier Vermont setting.

You will promote hotel services, coordinate with guests on their needs, and help create memorable, destination experiences for visitors from around the world.

As a Hospitality Professional for the Penthouse, you will be an integral member of the front office team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will have the opportunity to greet guests and assist them with their travel itinerary, reservations, and overall guest experience details. You will be able to meet guests from the local community and communities all over the world. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to promote hotel services and amenities to the guests and connect the guest to local and authentic experiences in the community. This is a very unique opportunity to work with a supportive team and to work with guests from all over the world.

Rate of Pay - $22.00 an hour

Qualifications

• Flexibility in your schedule is essential. Must be available to work nights, both weekend days and all Holiday's as needed.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• A passion for providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences
• Must be a people person willing to go beyond the expected for our guests
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing
• A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy
